| How
our kitchens are made |
Firstly
our timber is imported from all around the world into our Essex workshop.
All the timber we use is from managed forestry.
Every
piece of timber is then hand inspected for quality and straightness.
Once this is done we start to prepare the timber for the joinery making
process.
Once
the timber is ready the joiners and cabinet makers get to work, because
our work work is bespoke we can make any size or style of kitchen.
As
well as individual units we can also make to measure an entire section
of the kitchen as one. This gives a beautiful solid appearance to a
run of units and also reduces the cost of fitting.

Most
kitchens can be measured on quality by the drawers, as in our case we
use solid oak dovetail drawers with soft close technology.
We
also hand make special pieces such as this beautiful Edwardian feature
mantle surround which was fitted into an Irish townhouse.

This tier system larder unit and pasta drawer was again
specially made for an Irish customer.
